Welcome to Paper Heart Designs ✨ – we’re here to make ordering your stationery as easy and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before placing your order, including when to order, how the process works, and what to expect.


When Should I Order My Stationery?

Planning ahead helps everything run smoothly. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Save the Dates – Order 8–12 months before your wedding.

  • Invitations – Order 4–6 months before (earlier if you’re having a destination wedding).

  • On-the-Day Stationery (menus, table numbers, name cards, order of service, seating plan, etc.) – Order 4–6 weeks before your wedding.

  • Thank You Cards – Order within 3 months after your big day.

For birthdays, engagements, and other celebrations, we recommend ordering 3–4 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for design, approval, and printing.


The Ordering Process

We want everything to feel simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

  1. Place Your Order
    Select your chosen design and checkout as normal.

  2. Send Us Your Details
    After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to provide the text and details needed (names, dates, timings, venue, etc.).

  3. Digital Proofs Within 48 Hours
    We’ll create your personalised design and send a digital proof for your review within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  4. Your Approval
    Review your proof carefully and let us know if you’d like any changes. Once you confirm you’re happy, your order moves to print.

  5. Printing & Dispatch
    Orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours of your approval. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


Delivery Information

  • UK Orders – Delivery is usually within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders – Times vary depending on location; please allow 7–14 working days.

  • Rush Orders – If you’re on a tight timescale, please get in touch before ordering – we’ll do our best to help.


Customisation & Personalisation

All of our stationery is fully customisable with your details. Small changes such as wording and layout are included. If you’d like colour changes or additional custom requests, please get in touch before placing your order.


Quality Guarantee

We pride ourselves on attention to detail and high-quality materials. Please double-check your proofs carefully before confirming, as printing begins immediately after approval.


FAQs

What if I need changes after I’ve approved the proof?
Unfortunately, once printing begins, we can’t make further changes without a reprint fee.

Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes! Please get in touch if you’d like to order a sample of any design.

Do you offer matching collections?
Yes – most designs have full matching suites including invitations, menus, table numbers, seating plans, and more.
