Processing Times

All orders are made to order.
Typical processing times are:

• Printed stationery is dispatched within 5–10 business days after final approval of your design proofs.
• During busy seasons (Jan–Aug) processing times may be slightly longer but you will be informed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)

We use trusted UK postal and courier services.

Standard Delivery:
• 2–4 business days

Tracked Delivery:
• 1–3 business days
• Includes tracking number

Express Delivery:
• 1–2 business days
• Additional charges apply

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–14 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While delays are rare, they can happen.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

• UK: After 10 business days
• International: After 25 business days

Because our products are custom-made, please read carefully.

💌 Personalised & Printed Items

All printed wedding stationery is customised for each customer.

📌 We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items
unless there is an error made by Paper Heart Designs.

This includes:

• Misspelled names provided incorrectly

• Incorrect dates submitted

• Layout or wording approved in the proofing stage

🌿 If We Make a Mistake

If an error occurs on our end, we will reprint and replace your item free of charge.

Examples include:

• Incorrect wording after approval was followed

• Printing issues or quality faults

• Damaged items on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)

🔍 Proofing Process

Before printing, you will receive digital proofs for approval.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:

• Spelling
• Dates
• Times
• Colours
• Layout
• Quantity

Once approved, the order goes to print and changes cannot be made.

📦 Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
• After this time, work may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
